What a terrible fucking poster.  Good Neighbors was an interesting film bordering between thriller and black comedy.  It deals with a serial killer in a canadian neighborhood and 3 people living in an apartment complex and their obsessions with it, and each other.  I wouldn’t say it’s great, but it’s probably worth a watch on a late, bored night.  It screams netflix instant to me, no clue if it’s on there or not though.  I think the perspective it took and the story is interesting enough though, but you won’t be surprised by anything.  It’s still pretty clear what’s happening and what’s going to happen.
